Here are some pictures of the ground station with the 8dbi patch mounted on a pretty flimsy pvc pipe. The whole thing wiggles too much (needs a support down below to the neck. And it is a little bit of a PITA to break down very short for transport with the elevated patch. Need to cut the pipe and make it have a 1" coupler that easily just pulls apart. It is windy today, so, probably not going to get out and try it, but maybe tomorrow.

Hi - I am looking at the oracle diversity unit but am seeing perhaps the eagle eyes unit offers way more options? What is your opinion on both? Also, I have a RV 900Mhz 500mw system - will this work ok with the eagle eyes?

Yeah, the EE's has a lot more for less $$$ now. I've moved to that myself. The EE will work with your RV 900MHz system, for diversity, anyway, just won't work with telemetry/tracking without the Eagle Tree Systems OSD Pro and GPS...
